Family Oak Dental is one of the most amazing Dental Office I have ever attended, Dr Kiana and Staff (Daniela) are the most welcoming and supportive team I have ever encountered. Going to Family Oak Dental doesn’t even feel like you are in a Dental Office. The atmosphere and aura are so tranquil and transforming. I had a good experience.  They were great at listening to what I want.  Very friendly atmosphere and very knowledgeable.  Today I had a filling done.  The atmosphere was light and airy. I heard about this new dental practice through a good friend and have been on the hunt for a new dentist for awhile now.. I was hesitant as dentists aren’t my most favourite people. However after a tooth cracked, I figured no time like the present! I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by Daniella… she reassured me I was in good hands and explained everything that was going to happen thoroughly. She was able to answer all my ridiculous questions and alleviate any doubts I may have had. I had the most AMAZING experience at family oak dental. I recently qualified for the CDP coverage, I hadn’t been to the dentist in a very very long time. I was afraid I was going to lose a few teeth because of the size of the holes in some of my back ones. I was no longer able to eat on my more dominant side and was struggling with my teeth on the other side now too at this point. I was so nervous to be told that they would have to pull my teeth out. I met with Daniella the office manager and she assured me that the dentist will do everything in her power to make sure I don’t have to lose my teeth and she was absolutely right! I met with Dr. Kianna, who explained to me everything that I needed done and that I would need to be coming for a few visits to be able to accomplish all the work. She totally remodelled my whole mouth! I went for about 6 visits all a week apart. The difference is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They really went above and beyond what I could have imagined my mouth would look at FEEL like! My experience was nothing but great, the whole office is so friendly and has a real family feel to it. As my budget is very low they helped me pick out a store bought whitening kit that worked amazingly! They fixed all of my cavities and chips that I’ve had since I was young and have been so self conscious about my whole life! After my cleaning I felt like I had a whole new mouth! I had black on my bottom teeth that I thought was just my teeth dying on me and wasn’t fixable and it is ALL GONE! I highly recommend family oak dental! I traveled an hour by bus for my appointments because it was worth it for me to make the trip for such amazing service! Thank you SO much for my beautiful smile!
